PLANTING & MAINTAINING GARDEN AT HEAD OF FEDERAL STREET
An annual green thumb project designed to make the entrance to our neighborhood from North Street beautiful!
CLEANUP/MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
- Beckford Way Maintenance – A historic walkway that links Beckford Street with Bridge Street
- Annual Bridge Street Cleanup – Between from the Webb building to Flint Street
- Restoration of the Salem Library Poseidon Fountain – Cast by the Robert Wood Foundry of Philadelphia between 1850 and 1857, Salem sea captain John Bertram purchased the fountain and located it next to his home at the corner of Essex and Monroe Streets. The fountain has fallen into disrepair and we are supporting efforts to restore it.
We encourage FSNA members to participate in a committee that supports our events and activities
